    I remember the SD Higher Secondary School, Firozpur during 1960-70 when Lala Bhim Sain ji Talwar was the chrismatic Principal and the school had dedicated teachers: Mr Avtar Singh (English), Mr Aroor Chand (Airthmatics), Mr Ram Lubhaya (English), Mr Har Lal (English) Mr Chaman Lal (English & Drama), Mr Kulvinder Singh, Mr Mohinder Paul (Chemistry), Mr Barjinder (Physics). Principal Bhim Sain ji went place to place to gather funds for building new science block. He was quite aggressive and suufered an early heart attack. He used to invite distinguished saints from the Divine Life Society Rishikesh & other places to aqauint us of Hindu scripures. He was himself very thourough in English, Maths & Physics. He introduced me to Mahatma Gandhi's'My Experiments with Truth'. I will love to visit the school again.

    Parveen was in medical.. She was in my college ... it was enough for me and those are the happiest ever days ....Classes, canteen, Parking, Labs practicles, Library every where.. I would try to remain near her..
